Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY This work is sacred. When you commit to a spiritual package, you’re not just purchasing time — you’re entering into a transformational container held with intention, preparation, and care. 💫 Cancellations You may cancel your two-month package at any time. However: All payments are non-refundable. Completed sessions will not be refunded. Unused sessions are also non-refundable. This honors the energy, time, and preparation that go into holding space for your journey. 🕰️ Missed or No-Show Sessions Missed sessions will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule, you must give at least 12 hours’ notice, and rescheduling is subject to availability. Each session may only be rescheduled once. 📆 Session Expiration All sessions must be scheduled and completed within your two-month package window. Expired or unused sessions will not roll over unless otherwise discussed in advance and confirmed in writing. Please book with intention and clarity. Your spiritual work deserves your full presence — and mine. Thank you for honoring this sacred exchange.
